       @matt to be fair though it’s Foxconn and they are all these manufacturers use plants just as bad as each other. Foxconn gets alot of focus because of the special click interest from apple. Still extremely shitty though.

       @WildWalker @judejack I don’t know I’ve missed something in the story, but I can’t see anywhere that it says “workers were protesting measures to suppress #COVID19 infections”.They certainly have squashed two stories (1. Workers rights / riots, 2. Covid status and restrictions) together. But I don’t think they claim one is a consequence of the other.

       @matt @judejack The Guardian paragraph does not say the workers were concerned that not enough was being done to prevent the spread of the virus.It's misleading reporting, which they have a bad habit of doing these days.
