       Why is qoto.org blacklisted at https://mastodon.help/en? I had to uncheck “exclude blacklisted” when searching for it in the database b/c I was curious about some statistics. I found Qoto easily just a couple of weeks ago when I first learned of Mastadon. Picked it because it is STEM-themed and I’m in edtech. The local timeline is clean. @Mastadon@mastadon.social can you provide any clarity? What rules if any has Qoto broken?

       @SandyKendell There was one troublesome person who was banned quickly but kept making new accounts. @freemo is working on resolving the issue.
