       @pliny how is your mental health these days? If you want to share ofcourse. If that's private Infully understand.I have about 6 mentally challanging years begins me now. Depression, a psychosis, followed by a very long and severe depressed periode of 2 years. But I am now depression free for a year. A couple of months ago I was diagnoses with ADD. And they put me on methylfenidate. That was a real life changer. More mental energy, a calmer head, and many more positieve things. Very grateful now

       @Krisss hello! Thank you for sharing your journey. You sound incredibly strong! 💪 I’m glad to hear you found something that’s working for you, it can be simply life changing cant it? I’m doing ok thank you. Plodding along with weekly therapy, processing memories and trauma, maintaining same meds, in a healing phase. A growing phase!

       @pliny you sound strong too, doing the work, the therapy, the healing 💪💪I want wish you strengt and if you ever want a talk or a sympathetic ear, always feel free te message me! I now volunteer in a psychiatric hospital. I visit patients for a chat, or we go for a walk, or whatever they want to do (and is allowed by their doctors). Its very rewarding that to have been in their place, I can now be there for them instead.
