@coffee If you choose the proper bean and roast, sugar isn’t needed for a sweet cup. Cxffeeblack’s Guji Mane is an excellent example.

@coffee Depends on the coffee. Good coffee, well prepared, without sugar. Less good coffee or less well prepared might need some sugar.

@coffee a long time ago I changed from sugar to milk, because we ran out of spoons in the office. Now I drink my coffee pure, after my wife - who doesn’t drink coffee - was told by an expert, that it’s the recommended way to get most out of the flavor 🤷♂️
