@backagain88 Divination is any means to contact and gain answers through entities. (Ouija, tarot, sceance, throwing bones) Researching is fine as long as you didn't try to contact anything or even accidentally performed a ritual. You don't necessarily have to do anything to have something try to attack itself to you, but once it's there you can't do anything to get it's attention or invite it into your life. Also don't give it a name, like a pet name. Some people do that as a coping mechanism and it only gets worse. Is moving the painting all it's done so far?

@Dr_Tetanus I dont live alone and they already know.Well to put the whole experience in short, i meditated and walked with Christ for a few hours; and he showed me everything i could have wanted to know. By the end of it i had a choice: continue with Him or go back to my body and return to my life; i chose the latter. Before this i was warned that there may be dangers but i didn't care, because His presence was comforting. I studied the occult because some vague memories of that experience would keep popping up whenever i saw their symbology out in the open (Freemasons, kikes, etc), and i needed to remember the parts i had forgotten of that experience.
