       @mszll I believe this is controlled by the option “Suggest account to others” (in the German translation this is more clear: “Dieses Profil im Profilverzeichnis zeigen”). This a per-profile setting. It is recommended, and I think the default is “on” but maybe several users turned it off because they didn't understand what it meant... You might ask them to turn it on again.
