       Today's lesson in instance adminning: when you're deleting lots of data from dozens of accounts, don't mash the mass-deletion button all at once. That stuff takes time, and you could clog up federation.Brands Town choked on about 200,000+ stuck and failed jobs today because I am a dum-dum.

       @sean I do love brands.town - cracks me up 😂 Ihave a question though - the public/local feed used to come up as 3 stacking boxes wide of feed, but it's now vertical 1 column 1 post a time.Was that the software update, or is it a setting I can change back?

       @ArtBear So, a bunch of things changed with the 4.0 update. It looks like the old grid-like view for that feed is now just a single-column timeline. 😞

       @sean Ok that's a shame, it absolutely suited brands.town  as a format.

       @ArtBear Yeah, I know. At the very least, you can still follow all of the brands from your own instance, and see them in a Tweetdeck-style Advanced Mode!

       @seanI wish I could add the brands.town/public/local in as a feed - like tracking a hashtag works - just wondered if that is a capability I haven't found yet. I'm using @sengi_app because it gives me the option to have multiple columns & track hashtags that way, so it would work nicely.

       @ArtBear Might be a good idea to let @NicolasConstant know about that, I've seen other clients adopt this feature, and think it's a great idea!

       @sean @ArtBear yes that's something I find useful too. I think we have an open issue on github about it (open it if it's not the case), that's clearly something I will look into when I'll have some time on my hands. 🙂
