@entreprecariat there are some early interviews about how Golden Coins had to be reined in because it was a bit too “not Mario”. I recently started playing Wario Land and it is so fun to have those reins thrown in the trash. The higher difficulty, weird characters, and huge sprites are just great.

@entreprecariat never made it past the beginning of ecco when I was younger but I still have the cartridge, kinda wonder if my genesis still works

@entreprecariat different version, did grow up as the Master System kid, so. My sonic was slower then what most people experience.. Any way.. small side fact
