       @theuni @elikoga Ich selbst habe nie federation code geschrieben, glaube allerdings einen ganz guten Überblick über das Ökosystem und über die Spezifikation hinaus gehenden Basisinformationen zu haben.Frag gerne mal im https://socialhub.activitypub.rocks/ nach, da tummeln sich viele Entwickler*innen die auch tatsächlich Dinge implementieren.Vielleicht ist auch @sl007 für ein bisschen Consulting zu haben, der baut mit einem CMS durchaus eine nicht so ganz reine SocialMedia Anwendung.

       @schmittlauch @elikoga @sl007 Danke, mal sehen was ich diese Woche an PoC auf die Reihe bekomme. Ein leeres Repo existiert schonmal. https://github.com/flyingcircusio/aramaki Danach gibt's evt. was wo man sich besser drüber austauschen kann. Ein paar Modellierungsoptionen (was sollte ein Actor sein, was ein Object und was eine Activity) ist mir noch unklar. Erstmal ein bisschen Grundlagencode schreiben und ein paar Basis-Interaktionen austesten.

       @theuni I guess you're gonna be using Python for this?At a first glance, I haven't really seen JSON-LD tooling. I recall that there are some subtleties regarding normalisation JSON-LD objects, both when sending and receiving them as a JSON string.@lanodan Is #Pleroma now using the Elixir JSON-LD tooling or are you still following the LitePub approach and try to treat it as plain JSON? If the latter is still the case, any resources on this?

       @schmittlauch @theuni Yeah, we're still treating JSON-LD as JSON, there's https://litepub.social/ about it.In the case of ActivityPub, you can really just treat JSON-LD as a guide for JSON schemas, quite similarly to how in practice for XML-based formats, like RSS/Atom, you can typically just ignore the XML namespace.And a problem I found with most JSON-LD libraries is being done for trustworthy data and always-available internet, if w3.org goes down (which happens occasionally), so does your JSON-LD data.
