       Does anyone have recommendations for a book on #TraumaInformed ways of relating within a workplace?I find that once an org sheds the bullshit of dominance politics and power-over ways of being and relating; the major growth area in #Cooperatives is how to navigate trauma across:1. Racial Trauma, as inflicted by white supremacy2. Gender Trauma, as inflicted by hetero-patriarchy3. Economic trauma, as inflicted by capitalism, colonialism and imperialism.

       To be clear, I am *not* looking for books that encourage bringing trauma into the work-place!I am looking for books that help people understand how to hold compassionate, healthy boundaries around trauma so that a workplace does not become a place of retraumatization.
