Use a Live OS such as Tails, this not only gives significant security hardening, but it puts you in a position where you are unlikely to accidentally link your anonymous and traceable identity.

Relying on your jurisdiction to keep you safe will never work, people who run sites that infringe copyright need some damn good OPSEC.Copyright law is an abomination imo, it should either be repealed completely, or reduce the copyright term to 5 years (as in, everything goes public domain 5 years after publication).
