       I joined mastodon because it was supposed to be different. It's odd isn't it, that those who seem to want freedom to socialize and create something as impressive as FB, Twitter or Mastodon all end up losing their morals to money, power or popularity. I assumed that the creator of Mastodon was one of the good guys (one of us freaks) and knew what it meant to be shut out and bullied simply for being different. Guess I was wrong, just another dweeb trying to be popular because being awesome wasn't enough. I hope someday he comes to his senses. In the meantime our instance won't be turning away any weirdos or normies just because we're told to. Enough with this school yard BS.

       @freemo not a reply to anything. It is however based on my view of what is happening. Just to be clear, if the choice is be de-federated or change who I am and who you are. I choose to not be popular.
