Trust me, @10leej has been trying to get me to try gentoo for years, I may install it for the lulz just to make him happy but I would never daily drive it.I also know how to compile my own software from github, so package availability is not an issue for me.

I just like surf the fedi, make DJ mixes with Mixxx (free software), use gimp to make cool thumbnails and art, and edit videos with kdenlive. When I want to get nerdy I just dive into my OpenBSD Thinkpad and make a video about what I learned, or my arm boards, I compile my own custom Armbian builds for them. Outside of that my brain doesn't care to much about the rest, I have bigger problems in life 😩
