The video included here doesn't really show it, but the last dude to come out opened fire on the Ukrainians for some retarded reason and I guess the Ukrainians opened fire on all of them. Which is understandable, since it's a high risk situation and you don't know who else is armed.

Look at the video. They are spread out in front of him on the ground. A sweeping shot from him would catch most of them in the head. I don't know about everyone, but certainly two thirds.
