       @dmb677 There are not any tools, AI or anything that can artifically cut visibility of posts. Every interested person could see your posts unless they hide them on user-level. I expect now, with more instances updated, hashtags following could increase overall visibility of content.

       I am still just so surprised at how much engagement I get on #mastodon. People are liking and sharing and commenting on my posts. So many years in #twitter and I got almost no engagement. It makes me realize how much that site wasn’t meant for regular people.#twittermigration

       @dmb677@mastodon.green one of the first things people notice on fedi. i never was on twitter but i've seen multiple people who were on it say this, that they get a ton more engagement on a network with a fraction of the userbase
