       In further LucasArts shenanigans today, I decided to give my animu love to Zak McKracken ~☆The game had a Japanese box release, so I figured I would try the anime style on Zak as well!        @sayomgwtf @ATM_cashpoint The original #ZakMcKracken FM Towns cover had Annie Larris in really skimpy shorts, pretty much in this same pose. We pushed back really hard and got them to at least give her long pants. But it still doesn’t match the character in the game, who was very self reliant.

       @DavidBFox @ATM_cashpoint As much as I love how unusual this is that it goes full anime, it just so does not feel like Zak 😅I mean, if I were to see this anywhere else without the logo, I would have never thought it would be related to the game haha

       @DavidBFox @sayomgwtf The FM Towns versions of #ZakMcKracken & #LOOM were the only #LucasArts #adventuregames for which Fujitsu didn't use the original cover art.The FM Towns cover for LOOM is at least much more in line with the source material:
