       When you go back to work I person for the first time in months and someone tells you about their serious chronic health issue, you commiserate and wish they too could work from home like you do but their position doesn’t allow it. But then they feel so comfortable to whisper, “I mean, we have no idea what’s in those vaccines, right?”. Sigh. Slowly walk away. People reveal themselves at really strange times.

       @Ellinorianne We do not actually know what is in the vaccines, nor its long-term consequences.We do know that the vaccines do not work so well, and unless you have one or more of the 13 genetic loci, COVID-19 will not be a big deal to you.

       @amerika @Drneuro I think there’s a huge difference from some cynicism to threatening the lives of medical professionals. The extreme rhetoric to people opposing vaccines has been harmful too. Saying that it’s a means to reduce the population? If the Government wanted to reduce the population there’s easier and cheaper ways to do it without causing such economic turmoil.  My cynicism doesn’t wear a tinfoil hat. Every new medication, vaccine and treatment has risks.

       @Ellinorianne @amerika this is just regurgitated bad faith argument and shows lack of understanding on how complex genetic factors can be to susceptibility (and possibly adverse events (also Japanese looked at 14 genetic loci just for East Asian populations alone…) this is not worth your time engaging. We know what’s in the vaccines, more than 12.5 billion shots administered, it’s been almost 3 years…nirvana fallacy at its finest

       @Drneuro @Ellinorianne Not credible. We know that genetic factors determine outcome.We do not have any long-term study of mRNA vaccines, only assurances.There also seems to be a higher (3%) incidence of problems.Reminds me of Gardasil, which we were also told was safe and effective.
