       Watching a lot of toots now is like watching the break up of a personal relationship, people trying to move on but constantly obsessing about the past, unable to let go. When I arrived here I made a conscious decision to NOT replicate my experience on the other site. Generally I will also not be engaging in boosting toots that refer or link to the other site. Don't turn Mastodon into your rebound relationship where all you do is talk about your ex. They rarely end well.
