       So @ChangeChameleon  speculated as to what percentage of MACs don’t have letters.999,999,999,999 MAC addresses without letters, divided by 0xFFFFFFFFFFFF (281,474,976,710,655 decimal) equals about 0.36%.It makes sense when you think about it; any letter anywhere "spoils" the MAC address, so there's a lot fewer with no letters than with them.It also explains why you almost never see a MAC address without letters. It's insanely rare. And I'm not even taking into account prefix assignments.
