       @Hotweatherisbad @ActionRetro NetBSD might run on that. Not a modern DE, but ctwm and a bunch of xterm+nsxiv would work fine.

       @ActionRetro At least on a PBG3 250MHz, if memory from more than two decades ago serves, kernel 2.4.x didn't play nice. I think I had better luck with 2.6.x. YMM(obvs)V.
