       My heart goes out to all those system admins who were thinking "wow this is kinda neat" and are suddenly holding a piece of communication infrastructure other people are intent on depending on.

Get sustainability and funding and an energy/time budget going today.        @aurynn @aredridel like if you reasonably have 5 years of volunteering in you before life and motivation get in the way (I've seen as low as 1-3 and as high as 7-10) that means after about 1-2 years you already need to replace yourself so that you can hang around for another 1-2 years to ensure everything is passed on. Which is why the time to line up and train your replacement was the day you started.
