       @lamp Similar case here. There aren't a lot of things that fuck me up too much from reading about them; and for things that I'd rather not engage with I have some filters setup. But I also recognize some folks do have more traumatic reactions to things and I can get that. I'm glad there's this tool that everyone can use to help make them more comfortable.I personally leave CWs folded because opening them triggers the same part of my brain that opens like letters and packages and shit; and that's nice.

       @Polychrome @rgegriff I will say... While they are absolutely not censorship. They're just another tool. They can be weaponized to censor someone if they're being used in bad faith. But that's not the fault of the CW itself, that's bad faith actors being bad faith actors.I think it does behoove us to be a bit critical of the specifics of CW discourse, & not just rest on our laurels.
