       Insider baseball: it turns out that  Docker's default shared memory limit is a miserly 64BM. PostgreSQL isn't happy with that teensy amount, and that kept it from being able to run routine maintenance stuff like vacuum and analysis jobs.I bumped that to 1GB and restarted PostgreSQL, and now it's working its way through all that deferred housekeeping (and a manual `vacuum verbose analyze` I kicked off an hour ago).
