       I hihgly recommend against EDIT. Once its posted to the 'verse its out there. Depenending on who you are connected to, and who they are connected to, your post/comment will end up being edited in some places and not others, as not every service supports editing, and some that do chose to turn it off at the instance level. In general I much prefer Friendica to Mastodon, but including DELETED&RE-DRAFT rather than EDIT was one move they made right, until they screwed it up in MAstodon 4 (like they did with off-site replies) to make it more Twitter like
