I've been back in the house for half an hour. Just realised I'm still wearing my headtorch.

@fitheach I have a headtorch, which would be extremely useful when I take the dogs out iat night. No idea where it is - I use a bike headlamp instead, which is very awkward to clamp between my knees when picking poop in the dark.

@Freyalyn I wouldn't like to be without my headtorch. So useful. In winter, I always carry the headtorch with me, in my messenger bag.Gruoch always does her jobbies in the morning. Habit, not training.

@fitheach Hector and Arthur poop in their morning outing, but that's just before 6am and it's pitch black now.

@fitheach Very wise. I start work at 7 and try to do a bit of yaga beforehand, so an early start is necessary

@fitheach Typo. I thought I'd amended it. I try to do half an hour's yoga every morning with the #Downdog app.

@Freyalyn I keep meaning to start Tai chi, but, never get around to it. Mornings are always so rushed. What's the benefit of the app?

@fitheach I started using Duolingo in the first lockdown and I've been v impressed. You can customise time, level, type of yoga, voice etc. It also includes meditation and hiit. It's really useful, and has got me into some v good habits. It does help if you've already done some yoga, but I know people who've started it cold. If you set it to max instruction and watch the screen carefully, it's excellent.
