Have you ever used active noise cancelling headphones it is WEIRD and I don't know if it like it?? It's great for steady background noise but I think when people are talking in different parts of the room it makes me dizzy??

@samiam, I use Bowers & Wilkins PX7 at the moment and previously had Bowers & Wilkins PX5.There may be a short adjustment because of the strange feeling. We are too used to background noise, especially in cities.I use them often without any music on walks to not hear the noise of the streets. Not to mention airplanes.

@dump_stack yeah I had never tried it before and kind of assumed it was just a gimmick, but it's definitely doing SOMETHING. Also it may turn out that I have gotten what I have paid for (not much). I had to take them off but I'll give them another try soon

@samiam, in airplanes, it's definitely SOMETHING. After the first try, I added it to my pre-travel checklist.
