Took me a bit to get used to the new Srage Manager in macOS Ventura but it's quite okay I guess :macos:

@stux I keep turning it off. I’m clearly not using it correctly because I like to have multiple windows open on my two 27” panels. Conversely, I love it on iPadOS.

@stux Probeer Linux. Stuk makkelijker en beter aan te sturen door de gebruiker.

@stux I only now realise the spinning wheel was … not on my machine. What a relief! 😂

@stux The more I use it the more I like it. Took some time to get used to a "single window focus" idea, but so far I seem to keep focus better this way.

@stux Is there a key command or gesture to switch between stage manager windows? I feel like utilizing multiple desktops works better for me right now.

@stux My work often involves looking up reference docs in one window and doing up work (slides, VS Code, R Studio) in another. Sometimes there’s a third window where a specific talk/ lecture is playing. And usually on two screens.Stage Manager is terrible at such workflows. Hate to say it, but Win 11 does multi-windows so much better; windows key + arrow neatly arranged windows into halves or quarters. Still waiting for something in the Mac world that can perform a similar task.
