       You know that "source label" thing on Tweets? that was really handy to figure out which ones were posted via the API / bots. Almost as if it was useful for people on Twitter, to know what a Tweet was sent with. Not infallible as a signal, but useful.

       @andypiper I feel like the #Fediverse writ large is getting rid of this feature--after it got killed in #Soapbox I think #Mastodon is the only FE that displays that information. I'm not sure why.

       @feld @lnxw37a2 @andypiper That makes sense, and I bet that was it, with Gleason being on the other side of the #fediblock wall and folks at the time saying anyone who used #Husky was a #Nazi (I think they still say that, some of them!)
