       US politics{{CW}}The Speaker of the House is elected by the whole House, not just the majority, unlike the Senate Majority Leader. Centrist Republicans and Democrats should unite to elect a centerist Republican who will work with both sides to advance a non-radical agenda.[Hope I did the “CW” right, I’ve never tried this]

       @PeteF +1 for effort. 👍 Usually the content warning is a function of your Mastodon client. Try Tusky for Android for instance, and you will see a little speech balloon with a '!' under your post, and it appears as 'CW' in the web interface.I don't know exactly what client you use, but you should be able to find it if you explore a bit.

       @ParadeGrotesque I’m using the #mastodonclient for #IOS, I think the “official” one, and I don’t see anything. I guess they’re about ready to release a mew version soon.

       @PeteF A "mew" version you say? Is that a version for cats?  😹 Sorry could not resist.There are other apps for Mastodon besides the official one, and you may be better served by one of these.Feel free to ask for help, I am sure an ios user will give you some pointers!
