@lichelordgodfrey heh, I think it is.Just don't waste too much time with the open world, it doesn't bring much to the game. The main story and many side missions are pretty good, though.Also, most of the stuff the people are complaining about the "wokeness" of the game is part and parcel of the Cyberpunk universe, and it's played (maybe unintentionally by the broads there) more as a critique than as a promotion.I don't regret having pirated it. I'd never pay money for it, though.

@Suzu @fightknightHERO it would be interesting if there were a game that featured multiple societies that went down different paths of technological/sociological development. maybe on the same world, or it is a consequence of space colonization and being cut off from each other, and they developed differently.I know this already exists, but the cyberpunk stuff doesn’t usually show what it would truly entail when going all in on it, especially not the degeneracy. take the evils of this world and magnify it 1000 times, and that would be true “Cyberpunk”, with the utter lack of discipline, regimentation, and complete disdain for hierarchy (and thus being ruled by an implicit hierarchy that abuses you instead).the other societies would be contrasted to the utter degeneracy, making one of them just “magic” would a little lazy imo. as to what their themes would be, it would require someone who has unlearned liberal axioms such as egalitarianism, oikophobia (opposite of xenophobia), anti-fascism, moral relativism, and of course anti-White ideology.

@Suzu @fightknightHERO well, it would depend on who is making it. they may accidentally make the “bad guy” societies “based” like they did with the Starship Troopers movie from the 90’s.but honestly if anyone is going to make it and play it straight, it would have to be smaller scale and by someone independent, self-publishing to their own website, or to steam, gog, etc.
