Can I recommend just two hashtags for all lovers of old computers (#retrocomputing) and for lovers of the games we play on them (#retrogaming)There's a fair number of conversations with those hashtags on them, and people following those hashtags who will see your posts and engage with them.Just for completeness: #commodore #appleii #c64 #trs80 #mo6502 #z80 #amstrad #sinclair And if you like the 18 and 36 bit machines, or the 24 bit machines, perhaps #computerhistory and #vintagecomputers

@EdS #classiccomputers like #classiccars seems more accurate though.so much retro-style stuff these days, often meaning emulation, or knock-off stuff with a RaspberryPI inside running the show...I prefer real gear, unless enjoying a classic arcade game ROM in MAME that I can get nowhere else.

I'd never even thought of that possibility! But here I'm mentioning hashtags which have been in good use for years, so they do define clusters of people and posts.Other hashtags might in some platonic sense be more accurate - and you're free to use whatever you like - but I'm talking about how to reach people and find people. It might be that there are other close by interests which I've not found, such as arcade interests.@blitzed
