       @christopherdAbout time. The toot jokes wear thin pretty fast. Most fediverse software just calls it Post and Posts.

       @strypey TBH I didn't realise that mods of the instance can configure down to that level! Useful that they can. For example, an instance dealing with #music could call the button to post a "C#" and a baking instance could call it "BeatFirmly", while a Jewish one   - "Shofar", a Xian one "LionsRoar" and stop me..

       @christopherdHehe. I believe your hosts just ran a software upgrade to the newly released version 4.0, so it may be a standard change in the new version. But yes, Mastodon is free code, so a motivated admin can customize it in any way they see fit.
