@Moon @NEETzsche It's because we have stricter laws wrt cryptocurrency in general than other nations, and hiring someone from the US carries a lot of liability from what I understand. Not too sure of the details, he's not afraid to continue doing crypto stuff, but he is having issues finding places that will pay him the salary he wants as a US citizen

@wizard @NEETzsche @Moon As a practical matter what is stopping him from just applying with his other citizenship? I assume he already has dual citizenship if he's willing to renounce since being stateless is a very bad idea in general.
