       Who among you hosts your own Mastodon server? Should I do it? It just seems sort of cool, though I think I'd need more robust hosting than I use for most of my websites.

       @harrymccracken I run three instances: my personal Halibut.com, a Shadowrun themed instance shadowland.social, and a ham radio themed instance mastodon.hams.social. The small private instances require very little resources. The biggest issue is getting content into your instance, so follow all the things. :-)
