       @Teeeye81 My father, David, was an Army Air Corp air traffic controller in China & India during WWII (CBI). He spent a year in each location.        @HunDriverWidow I was a controller in the Navy and FAA.My Dad signed a contract with the Flying Tigers. He was on his way to China.  He left Pearl 12/4/41.  When he got to Australia, he rejoined the Army Air Corps and spent all his time in the South Pacific.  Mostly Burma, New Guinea and Australia.  He didn’t talk much of his service other than the crazy shit they did.Nice lid!
