Elon said publicly yesterday Twitter Blue subscriptions need to account for 50% of their revenue for them to survive, and now they've stopped sign ups. Things are going well, I see.

The recording of the call is online and it's worth a listen to. Elon said they can stop abuse of Twitter Blue by blocking credit cards... Aside from anything else, they can't even see credit card numbers as it's only available via Apple's app store. He doesn't appear to understand the basic elements of what is happening.
