       I go nonverbal when stressed but people act like they don't know what's going on because I'm not telling them whats wrong.I cant win.

       @Rasp I tried following a voice training tutorial once but my laziness and procrastination got in the way, so I just go nonverbal and hope that people only ask me yes or no questions.
