Lately I'm really enjoying stories set in the far-future and featuring snarky, self-aware  robots/AI/drones interacting with humans; of the genre exemplified recently by Iain Banks, Becky Chambers, Martha Wells and Charlie Stross (and much earlier by Asimov of course!).  Are there any other authors writing in a similar vein that I could be reading?  Many thanks!
