these days, it is pretty hard to choose the wrong language performance-wise, and that’s amazing :blobcatrainbow: Python and Ruby are still relatively slow, but even they are much more predictable and overall faster than a few years ago, from looking at this (heard big complaints about Ruby 3 tho)
