       @apinae from my experience it's much more easy to get things wrong with emoji vs. the classical emoticons. a :) goes a long way, selecting the right one from the emojis is almost impossible 😬

       @cnx i usually prepare it like ceila brooks describes it in world vegetarian classics: put the cooked sauce into an oven dish add the eggs and cook in the oven until the eggs are set.i suppose you can also just drop them right into the sauce and cook them there on low heat. it's effectively just poached eggs, and shakshuka has as much variations as there are people who cook it :D
