       As much as I want to get on to 1980, I’m hopping back into the time machine again to 1976, to play The Dungeon (aka pedit5), the earliest surviving computer #RPG. The Dungeon inspired ‘dnd’, which inspired Moria, which inspired Oubliette, which inspired Wizardry, which inspired… well, the much of the genre of Western and #JRPGs.The Dungeon was originally on the PLATO mainframe network, and today is playable on cyber1.org. #retrogaming #crpgs
