That is something to rid yourself of entirely so you can have a clear head to see what the world really is.Television has been the largest social media outfit in the world for decades, and ditto Hollywood. All of the 'perfect woman' and 'perfect life' tropes come from TV and Hollywood- things owned almost exclusively by men for a century.Rich men now who keep selling you a dream and a target to hate that *isn't them.*
