@stux as someone who hadn’t a clue about how any of this works will .social continue to work or do I need to join another server. It took me an age to figure out mastodon and get signed up. I don’t want to get lost in the fediverse . I’m like a person driving a car I haven’t a clue how a car works and I’m lost if it breaks down. 😂

@stux it would be interested to add a trusted federated sign up process where when one server closes registration the admin can appoint trusted secondary sites to redirect users to instead of just kicking them over to the main mastodon site.
