Okay folks! Thank you all for your patience and those that helped with testing. We're planning to cutover about 1AM Pacific time. The instance will be unavailable at that time so we can do a final database sync, which shouldn't take too long. Once we've done that we'll restart the instance on the new main server which will allow us to continue to work on load balancing with room to grow.We'll see you on the other side, thanks again for hanging in there and supporting us!

All is going well on the #otherside ! The only thing we're waiting on is for media/images to sync to the new server. Until then you may see broken images or avatars in posts.

@SDF I'm seeing the broken images, but also, as seems to happen with upgrades, a frozen home feed that's stuck on posts from hours ago. Just flagging it- I'm sure you're aware. Might be something to call out when you make upgrades and get a sense of how long it takes for home feeds to catch up.
