I gotta agree with #KatyTur, the #MSNBC election music is fire.Makes sense, I think #JohnWilliams composed all of the #NBCNews music themes.#midterms

If we do get the #redwave that many are anticipating, we really need the #GOP to change these voting systems so that we're not using such flawed machines, and are at least doing test runs prior to the elections to make sure that everything is working properly.Or, if we're going to be using these systems, make them more efficient so that votes don't take as long to get counted.#midterms

@realcaseyrollins But as many Republican candidates have outright refuted the results of the 2020 Presidentials - some making it a core part of their platforms - would it possible to argue that the GOP will make election fairness a priority?

@kie > But as many Republican candidates have outright refuted the results of the 2020 Presidentials - some making it a core part of their platformsI don't completely blame them, as their concerns were largely bluntly ignored and weren't even properly investigated and proven false for the most part (a handful of official investigations did find some minimal interference at most; plenty of unofficial investigations found a lot more, but since they're unofficial they're largely worthless and IDK how accurate they were), it certainly doesn't help one confidently state that they are entirely wrong.> would it possible to argue that the GOP will make election fairness a priority? It's certainly possible, although one could make a counter-argument that after accounting for the cheating of the #Democrat party, they would introduce some trickery of their own. It's certainly something to worry about (the #Democrat party doesn't cheat because they're Democrats, but because they're politicians; I wouldn't be shocked to see cheating from the #GOP this time around too), but I don't think that's worth enduring multiple straight election cycles where you can be pretty certain of fishy shenanigans going on behind the scenes. One can't entirely blame the #Democrat party for not wanting to secure the elections though, as they did end up winning the last time these sorts of mechanisms were put in place
