       @Terry Ok, it makes senseBuuuuuuut… the GOP majority in Texas is still quite large. Tabulators not working in one county can, at most, flip one rep (which is almost nothing) and one senator (which is a huge deal), but I don't think it would make Texas a blue state overall, even with the whole California migration (because Hispanic voters are getting more and more pro-GOP)
