       @EngOnDemand Federal monitoring of polls was designed for discrimination against blacks & civil rights. They can remain until the counts are complete. The entire structure of monitoring guidelines is about ease of ability to vote meaning in today's polling stations making sure harvested ballot drops get counted. In essence they are the enforcement guardians of the legitimized ballot farming for the DNC. It is conjectured many ballots are created around lazy voters w/o permission or signatures.
