       @Kea suspect that’s a problem with other instances having bandwidth issues rather than a limitation of the platform. I rarely go to the federated view, this server seems great for uk toots.

       @philheppenstall ah I see - maybe just something that needs ironing out then. I am not using Federated btw, too much of a firehose of information. It’s just that I’m following some people on other instances so their toots are on my timeline but I can’t see the pics of their cats 🤣 THANK YOU V MUCH FOR HELPING!!! Greatly appreciated.
