It's running in dev mode (so some debugging stuff that wouldn't be on in production is on) on a bottom-tier Frantech VPS and includes a lot of other extra-slow shit (like it mostly ignores the aggregate tables when showing instance info) because it's not done. It's done enough to be useful (which is why it's been opened up under the subdomain) and there was some urgency around that due to KF being down.
