       I have sent two (three if this one sends)... um... toots? I cannot search for anything. I cannot refresh my feed. I cannot find my people. I feel like nothing comes naturally.I blame my overwhelming desire for stability and hatred of change. 😂

       @BecomingKelsey I forgot to give you this for finding your people!If you're setting yourself up on Mastodon and want to be able to find your Twitter people here, you can use these tools to find them: Fedifinder (https://fedifinder.glitch.me) and Debirdify (https://pruvisto.org/debirdify/).Fedifinder and Debirdify look for Mastodon accounts listed in Twitter bios, so add your account name to your Twitter bio (ex. @schmutzie).

       @BecomingKelsey once you have your bearings, I highly recommend switching to a local Canadian server. Your experience will be MUCH better/faster. I use @mstdn.ca. There is a way to transfer without losing your followers. The server you're on doesn't matter one bit, it just hosts your stuff/moderates content. Change servers any time. Get comfy first!
